Nakshatras
Besides the 12 Signs, there are 27 Nakshatras in Vedic Astrology. Nakshatras relate to the movement of the Moon. The Moon in its monthly movements stays in each Nakshatra for one day. Each Nakshatra has its mythology, symbology, a ruler, the specific qualities and powers. When a planet is placed in Nakshatra it bring the specific qualities of the Nakshatra into your life and your character.
