If a planet is in debilitation, it loses its power to give auspicious results and becomes destructive. The cancellation of debility can transform the adverse nature of the debilitated planets and produces unusual beneficial results (Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga). Not all cancellations cause Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga. To create Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga the planet, that creates the cancellation should not own, be conjunct or aspected by the rulers of the 3rd, 6th, 8th, or 12th houses and the ruler of the sign where the debilitated planet is placed should be well placed and well aspected.

The effect of Neecha Bhanga Raja Yoga: Life of affluence, good status, respect from the authorities.
